Auckland and Christchurch
There are honorary consulates general in Auckland and Christchurch. They are run by honorary consuls and offer limited services, so check with the embassy first what can be done where.
Appointments
Most consular services (passports, notary work, civil registration) need an appointment made online through the Turkish consular appointment system. Check the embassy website for the documents each service needs before you travel to Wellington.
